Fermented foodstuffs-
I preach and teach the health benefits and craft of this ancient (and mostly forgotten) food to as many folks as I can reach.

I’m becoming increasingly interested and involved in the real food movement. This is an unfolding path.

Past: Mostly pointless.

Present and the Future: I am focused on food, especially the food I feed my family. My current food focus is Paleo/LCHF. 

Exploring interesting ways to share my experiences and new found knowledge so I recently started a podcast.

I have a special interest in lactic acid fermented foods. Veggies, roots, fruits and beverages.

By trade I was a residential interior specialist.
